TO REQUEST A RETURN
If the order is not quite right for you, please contact us within 3 days to discuss. We personally quality check each item before it is sent, if you believe that your item is faulty, please email us with images immediately.
Please include the following information in this email:
- Order number
- Product/s you are wanting to return
- Reason for return
We will then reply via email to confirm with return instructions.
Please be careful when trying on your purchase as any marks may disrupt the return process.
IMPORTANT: All return requests need to be made within 3 days of receiving your order. Any return requests made outside this period will be denied. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition – free of odours and marks.
