Shipping and Returns

Australia Shipping

DIA_drobe offers a flat rate of $10 AUD for Standard and $15 AUD for Express shipping per order for all Australian domestic orders.

All deliveries must be signed for upon arrival. If you are not present to sign, Australia Post will leave your parcel at the closest Australia Post Office. We do no offer an “Authority To Leave” option. We recommend you indicate your daytime address for delivery purposes.

After the successful completion of your order, you will receive confirmation via email. Please contact us at info@diadrobe.com if you do not receive confirmation within 12 hours of placing your order.

International shipping 

All international orders are sent via DHL Express which requires a signature upon delivery.

For International Shipping, the customer is liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. DIA_drobe will not be held responsible for any additional charges incurred by your country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

What is your return policy? 

DIA_drobe accepts items returned for exchange or request store credit where there is a fault in the garment. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

If you wish to return an item, please contact info@dia_drobe.com.au within 3 business days of receiving the item. The item must be return to our return address within 3 business days of the exchange being authorised. Please retain proof of postage. Once we have received your item, we will then ship your nominated replacement item, or arrange a store credit if stock has become unavailable. The garment you are returning must be unwashed, unworn and unused (beyond trying on at home) with tags still attached.

Any items shipped after being in the customer’s possession for longer than 3 business days after the return’s authorisation will not not be accepted.

All communications will be via email and please contact us should you require our return address.

In all cases, the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us, so please take care with packaging to avoid damage in transit. In the unlikely event we receive an item in unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange.
